⛪ Architecture & Symbolism

The Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe stands out for its neoclassical architecture with unique elements. Its most recognizable feature is the wrought iron crown adorning the main tower, designed to represent the crown of the Virgin of Guadalupe. This detail distinguishes it from any other church in Mexico and makes it an icon of the city.

The interior of the temple houses the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe, patroness of the place, as well as other works of religious art reflecting the devotion of generations of Vallartenses.
